The stories of Draw for Change! exist also in the form of a book, allowing readers to delve even deeper into the lives and work of these remarkable cartoonists. The project highlights the power of visual storytelling and its potential to drive positive change, inspiring both artists and audiences to appreciate the transformative influence of art.
impact activities (Dutch)
Through a 360° distribution and impact campaign, we aim to defend female cartoonists and strengthen their goal of empowering women worldwide. Our main goal is to create broad-based awareness about gender equality, women's and human rights, press freedom and the role of democracy. If we succeed in actively encouraging people to think critically and reflect on their own society, we believe that over time, effective change can occur at both an individual and structural level.

VR FILM: EXISTIMOS, RESISTIMOS
In this 15-min interactive VR-experience, you enter the vibrant world of Maremoto, a young Mexican cartoonist who, through her drawings, empowers women and addresses the taboos of her society. In a combination of 360° video and animation, we become part of Maremoto’s ongoing search for her identity and drive through art, tackling themes such as body positivity, sexual harassment and contemporary activism.
